With over 11,000 members, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section is currently the largest section of The Florida Bar. The Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar:
• Leading attorneys in trust, estate and real estate law.
• Meets five times each year to address issues of interest to Section members.
• Each meeting-weekend (Thursday-Sunday) includes: series of formal and informal gatherings of sophisticated practitioners; substantive committee meetings; often a full day of legal education; and the business of the Section is handled on Saturday at the Executive Council Meeting.
