Mission Statement:

In an effort to protect Florida's citizens from unqualified, unscrupulous fiduciaries, this Committee has been tasked with studying and recommending whether professional fiduciaries operating in Florida should be licensed, and, if so, propose a framework for such licensing. If licensing is not recommended, the Committee will study, comment upon, and recommend alternatives.  If you are interested in becoming a Committee member, please contact the Committee Chair.
