Committees

General Standing

Membership

One of the Section’s purposes is to serve the public and its members by improving the administration of justice and advancing the practice of law in the areas of real property, probate and trust law. Such purpose can only be fully accomplished through a vibrant and diverse membership and by embracing a culture of inclusion of minorities at all levels. In furtherance of such goal, the Membership Committee actively recruits new members who practice in the areas covered by the Section, seeks to retain current members, and promotes and values a diverse membership reflecting all demographics of The Florida Bar. The Section, through its Membership Committee, affirms its commitment toward a vibrant, active, diverse and inclusive membership and supports professional development and advancement of all its members.

For membership information, please contact Committee Chair, Lawrence ("Larry") Miller or Committee Co-Vice Chairs, Annabella Barboza, Shayla M. Johnson-Mount, Eryn Riconda, and Joseph M. Percopo
