Commercial Real Estate Committee
The mission of the Commercial Real Estate Committee is to provide a forum for practitioners to address issues relating to commercial real estate with an emphasis on commercial real estate acquisition and disposition transactions; to provide expertise and input regarding proposed legislation and regulations affecting or impacting commercial real estate; to coordinate with other committees of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section on issues impacting commercial real estate that fall within the ambit of the mission statement of the applicable committees; to cooperate with The Florida Bar's Continuing Legal Education Committee to present seminars and educational material about commercial real estate transactions and issues; and to provide education and information to enable practitioners to effectively represent purchasers and sellers of commercial real estate.
