This committee provides informational reporting on real property model and uniform acts and probate and trust model and uniform acts. The committee also provides support to substantive RPPTL Section committees on model and uniform acts affecting a particular committee. The committee may initiate matters by suggesting that particular committees undertake a study of a model or uniform act as it is being developed, particularly in situations where model legislation that is being developed is not already being studied by the RPPTL Section committees.
