Real Property Problems Study

 Mission Statement:
The Real Property Problems Study Committee focuses upon problems in the area of real property law and practice as presented to the committee by Section members or the leadership of the Real Property Division.
 
Upon review and coordination with other applicable committees of the Division, recommendations are made to correct or eliminate the problem. The committee also does follow-up on actions taken by the Section, when applicable.
