The Florida Bar Journal welcomes articles for publication in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section's column of The Florida Bar Journal.

The following should be completed by authors in connection with potential The Florida Bar Journal column publications:

• The Florida Bar Journal Publication Agreement
• The Florida Bar Journal Author Information Request Form

Articles not meeting the Bar Journal Guidelines may be returned.  Submitted articles will be reviewed by the committee, as well as members of the RPPTL Section's committees for substance and consistency with current RPPTL projects and pending legislation. Additional requirements can be found under the "Submission Requirements Tab."
