Real Property

Development and Land Use Committee
This Committee gathers and disseminates information to RPPTL members about Federal, State and local legislation (where it is of statewide significance), administrative developments and case decisions affecting the ownership and use of Florida real property. In addition this Committee focuses on legal developments relating to environmental impacts on real property, land use and zoning regulations and promulgated rules of the regulatory agencies affecting the use and development of real property. The Committee coordinates with the Environmental and Land Use Law Section, Administrative Law Section and State and Local Government Law Section in complimentary endeavors.
