Attorney Banker Conference

The Attorney Banker Conference presented by the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar is modeled after the very popular Attorney/Trust Officer Conference. The Conference is designed to educate and provide networking opportunities for both attorneys representing lenders and borrowers and for commercial loan officers.

The morning session of the Conference features a panel of lawyers and commercial lenders speaking on various topics of mutual interest. The afternoon session is more interactive. Attorneys and lenders will host roundtables and will facilitate discussions with participants on various subjects, such as risk management, constructing lending concerns, and current hot-button issues.

The 2025 Conference will be held LIVE on October 24, 2025, at the Funky Buddha Brewery in Fort Lauderdale. You can register by clicking this registration link.

During this day-long event, we will have presentations by a distinguished panel of speakers on the hottest topics of interest to real property practitioners and to bankers and lenders. The agenda and topics include:
  • - Loan Workouts
  • - AI and Banking
  • - Commercial Insurance
  • - Issues with condominium lending
  • - Roundtable discussions include: Appraisal Processes, Cybersecurity Issues, Cannabis Lending and Title Insurance Issues, SBA 504 & 7(a) Loans, and Lender Potpourri

The registration fee is $200.00 for bankers and $320 for attorneys who are RPPTL section members [$380.00 for non-section members]. Breakfast, lunch and reception are included in the registration fee.
