The Construction Law Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar annually sponsors the Advanced Construction Law & Certification Review Course. The course is intended to assist those who have applied to take the certification exam in preparing for the exam or those thinking about taking the exam in the future. The course is developed and conducted without any involvement or endorsement by the BLSE and/or Certification committees. Candidates for certification who take this course should not assume that the course material will cover all topics on the examination or that the examination will cover all topics in the course material.
