The Artificial Reproductive Technology Assistance Ad Hoc Committee was first tasked with making recommendations concerning the treatment of an ART child’s interest in homestead real property. In addition, the subcommittee is reviewing what, if anything, should be done regarding marital deduction in the ART legislative proposal as well as related ART issues.
