The IRA, Insurance & Employee Benefits Committee studies recent developments concerning IRAs, life insurance, retirement accounts and other employee benefits, particularly as they relate to estate planning. A primary focus of the committee is to educate practitioners through CLE presentations and authorship of relevant articles. Committee members also draft and recommend statutory revisions for approval by the RPPTL Section and thereafter the Florida Legislature in appropriate circumstances.

Please come prepared to discuss any questions or problems you have encountered in the areas of IRA, Insurance or Employee Benefits, if time permits.
