With over 11,000 members, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section is currently the largest section of The Florida Bar. We seek to promote professionalism and collegiality among Florida real estate, construction, probate, guardianship, and trust lawyers. We offer extensive educational programs, various social activities, and networking opportunities.

The Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar:

• Leading attorneys in trust, estate and real estate law.
• Meets five times each year to address issues of interest to Section members.
• Each meeting-weekend (Thursday-Sunday) includes: series of formal and informal gatherings of sophisticated practitioners; substantive committee meetings; often a full day of legal education; and the business of the Section is handled on Saturday at the Executive Council Meeting.
• Social networking activities throughout the day and each evening.
