The Insurance and Surety Committee (ISC) meets by Zoom at 12:00 PM on the third Monday of each month (if not a legal holiday) to carry out Committee business. At some meetings, there will be a 50-60 minute continuing legal education (CLE) seminar on topics of interest to members. Agendas, minutes, and CLE presentation materials are posted below under the corresponding meetings. Guests are welcome! Mission Statement: The purpose of the Insurance and Surety Committee (ISC) is to educate the RPPTL Section of the Florida Bar on insurance, surety, and risk management issues. The ISC seeks to grow its membership to include those whose practices focus on insurance coverage counseling and disputes including first-party claims, third-party claims, bad faith, and risk transfer. The ultimate goal of the ISC is to seek Florida Bar Board Certification for Insurance Coverage Law. All are welcome to join!
